Workshop Job Card Software for India
A job starts as a slip: what was promised, what was taken as advance, and when it should leave. This desk keeps the stage, the balance, and the material issued to that job on one card.
Next step: message or call, and we will walk this sample book against the way your team works. Pricing follows that conversation.
Sample book, not a customer account.

What this usually fixes
Dispatch day and the balance never meet.
The workshop knows the piece is packed. Accounts knows an advance was taken. Neither can see the other without a phone call.
Material is issued without a job.
Sheets and hardware leave the rack for ‘the wardrobe’. At month end the rack does not match any card.
The stage lives on the slip in someone’s pocket.
Cutting, polishing, packed, dispatched. If the slip is on the bench, the office cannot answer the customer.
What the desk holds
Job card with a stage
Customer, work, dispatch date, and where it is on the floor. GST at 18% on the sample, which is the usual rate for this kind of fabrication.
Advance and balance
The note on the card says what was received and what is left. The total on the card includes GST.
Material issued to the job
A slip that names the job, so the rack and the card refer to the same piece of work.
What is moving today
Jobs whose dispatch date is today, separate from the ones still in cutting or polish.
How a build usually starts
01
Write down the stages you already use
We keep your words. If the floor says polishing, the card says polishing.
02
Open the jobs that are in the shop now
Not a history project. The live cards, the advances already taken, and the dates you have promised.
03
Add material when the cards are trusted
Issues from the rack come after the job card is the thing people look at.
Questions before a demo
Is this only for furniture workshops?
The sample is a furniture shop because the stages are easy to see. The same card fits fabrication, interiors, and repair work where a job has a stage, an advance, and a dispatch date.
What GST rate is on the sample?
18% on the job and on the materials in the sample. Your HSN may differ. We set the rate from your invoices.
Can the customer see the stage?
Not in this sample. A link or a WhatsApp update when the stage changes is something we add if you want the customer to stop calling.
Do you quote a price on this page?
No. Scope follows the number of jobs, the people on the floor, and whether materials and GST filing are in the first slice.
