SaaS and MVP development for founders who need a real first product

An MVP is not a smaller version of the final product. It is the smallest product that lets real customers do the one thing you believe they will pay for. Founders often arrive with a long feature list and a fixed launch date; the work is deciding what goes in version one and building that part properly — sign-up, permissions, payments, and an admin view — so the product can grow without a rewrite.

Who this is for. Founders and businesses in India launching a software product — a B2B SaaS, a marketplace, or an internal tool turned into a product — who want one studio to handle product thinking, design, and engineering, and who want to own the code.

Problems this solves

The feature list is longer than the runway.

Everything feels essential before launch. We help you separate what proves the idea from what can wait, and write it down so the scope does not drift.

A prototype that cannot become a product.

No-code experiments and quick demos are useful, but often lack proper accounts, data structure, or security. We build the first version on foundations you can keep.

Too many vendors, no single owner.

Design from one agency, backend from a freelancer, app from someone else. We keep product, design, and engineering at one desk.

Subscriptions and billing are an afterthought.

For SaaS, plans, trials, invoices, and GST are part of the product. We build them in from the first version.

What we build

Multi-tenant SaaS foundations

Organisations, users, roles, invitations, and data separation between customers — the parts every SaaS needs and nobody wants to rebuild.

Subscriptions and payments

Plans, trials, recurring billing through Indian and international gateways, invoices, and usage limits.

The core workflow

The one job your customer hires the product to do, designed and built with care — this is where most of the effort goes.

Admin, analytics, and support tools

An internal view of customers, plans, and activity so you can support users and learn from usage from day one.

How the work runs

Phased, with working software early. The full studio sequence is on Approach.

  1. 01

Sharpen the problem and the first user

We work with you on who the first customer is, what they do today, and what version one must let them do. The result is a written scope.

  2. 02

    Design the core flow

Clickable designs for the main journey, reviewed with you — and ideally with a few prospective users — before engineering commits.

  3. 03

    Build, with something live early

We ship to a staging environment early and often so you can show it to users and investors while the rest is built.

  4. 04

    Launch and iterate

After launch, we prioritise the next phase from real usage, not from the original wish list.

Technical approach

A typed full-stack web application that is easy to hire for later, a relational database, and managed cloud hosting in your accounts. Native or cross-platform mobile apps can follow on the same backend through our mobile practice.

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • PostgreSQL
  • Razorpay / Stripe
  • AWS / Vercel

Questions we hear

What should be in our MVP?+

Only what is needed for your first customers to get the core value and for you to learn whether they will pay. We help you cut the list down and document what is deferred, so nothing is lost.

Can you build both the web app and the mobile app?+

Yes. We usually start with the web product and its API. Android and iOS apps are built by our mobile practice on the same backend when the product needs them.

Will we own the code and IP?+

Yes. The code lives in repositories you own, and hosting runs in your cloud accounts. That matters for fundraising and for hiring your own team later.

Can you work with our in-house developer or CTO?+

Yes. We can build alongside your team, follow your conventions, and hand over gradually as you hire.

How do you estimate time and cost for an MVP?+

After a scoping conversation we write down what version one includes and give a phased plan for that scope. We avoid fixed promises before the scope is agreed.
