Kirana & Distributor Billing Software for India

A distributor’s day is a beat, a rate list, and a pile of shops that said they would pay. This desk is the shape of that work: a GST bill while you are still at the shop, stock that knows what is low, and an unpaid list you can open at night.

Next step: message or call, and we will walk this sample book against the way your team works. Pricing follows that conversation.

Sample book, not a customer account.

What this usually fixes

The bill is typed again after the beat.

The order is written in a notebook or a WhatsApp chat. Someone retypes it into a GST invoice later, and the rate or the quantity drifts.

Unpaid shops live in someone’s memory.

A promise on the phone is not a balance. The office cannot see which invoice is still open without calling the person who did the round.

Stock and the bill disagree.

Bags leave the godown, the sheet is updated at night, and the next morning sales offers what is no longer on the rack.

What the desk holds

GST bill for the shop

Party, items, and a rate. The screen splits CGST and SGST from the rate on the line. Edible oil stays at 5%. Detergent stays at 18%.

Beat and unpaid list

Open bills sit on the party until they are marked paid. The home figures are the same rupees as the lines underneath.

Stock on hand

Quantity, rate, and a low flag for the item the Thursday beat will ask for.

WhatsApp from the row

A reminder is a message from the invoice, not a second copy of the book in a chat.

How a build usually starts

  1. 01

    Bring one real beat

Shops, the items you actually sell, and the rates you already charge. We do not start from a generic FMCG catalogue.

  2. 02

    Bill on that beat

The first slice is the invoice and the unpaid list. Stock and purchase follow once the bill is the one the shop accepts.

  3. 03

Hand the book to the office

The person who types at night and the person on the round read the same status. You own the system.

Questions before a demo

Is this a ready kirana app I can subscribe to?

No. The screen on this page is a sample book so you can see the shape. Entiko builds the desk around your beat, your items, and your GST rates.

Which GST rates does the sample use?

5% and 18%, the slabs that remain after the 12% rate ended in September 2025. A mixed shop is billed at the rate of the goods on that invoice, not a single old slab.

Can the salesman raise the bill on a phone?

Yes. The desk is a web screen. On a phone it is the same book: party, items, total, and what is still unpaid.

Will it talk to Tally?

When you want it to. The first slice is the bill and the outstanding. An export to your accountant is a later slice, scoped after we see how you file today.
