What this usually fixes
The due total does not match the students.
A whiteboard says one number. The register, if you add it, says another. Parents hear a third figure on the phone.
Part payment is a note in the margin.
Someone paid half. The note is on a slip. Next month the slip is gone and the argument starts again.
Absence is noticed a week later.
The roll is marked. Nobody tells the office, so the fee reminder and the attendance call are two separate chores.

Each row is a student and a month’s fee: due, part paid, or paid. The home total for what is still to collect adds the rows that are not paid in full.

Class, NEET, or whatever you call the batch. The chart reads those fees, not an empty attendance line.
A reminder to the parent
The message goes from the due row. The sample does not invent a collection rate.
How a build usually starts

List the batches and the monthly fee
One number per batch, or the exceptions you already allow. We do not invent a fee structure.

Open this month’s dues
The office marks paid, part paid, and still due. Attendance can run beside it the same week.

Stop the parallel register
When the screen is the one the office trusts, the paper roll and the WhatsApp tally can retire.
Questions before a demo
How does the due total relate to each student?
Each fee row is that student’s month. Still to collect adds the rows that are not paid in full. In the sample, Ananya ₹8,000, Sana ₹12,000, and Dev ₹8,000 are not paid in full, which is ₹28,000. Kabir and Ishaan are paid and sit outside that total.
Is coaching GST exempt?
The sample is marked education, GST exempt. Whether your institute’s receipts are exempt depends on what you teach and how you invoice. We follow that, we do not guess it.
Can parents pay inside the app?
The sample records that a fee was paid. A payment link, UPI, or gateway is a separate slice if you want parents to pay from the reminder.
