Clinic & Diagnostic Lab Software for India
The front desk already knows who is waiting. The trouble starts when the report is ready and nobody can say so without opening three chats. This desk keeps the token, the test, and the report status on one list.
Next step: message or call, and we will walk this sample book against the way your team works. Pricing follows that conversation.

What this usually fixes
Bookings arrive in a chat and stay there.
A patient messages for a slot. The reply is a time. By afternoon the front desk is scrolling to find who has given a sample and who has not.
The referring doctor asks for a report that is already done.
The PDF exists on one computer. The person who answers the phone cannot see that, so the lab runs the question again.
Collection and the test list are two books.
Fees are in a cash diary. Tests are on a token slip. End of day, the two totals are reconciled by hand.
What the desk holds
Token and test
Waiting, sample in, report ready, paid. The status is the thing the desk is allowed to say out loud.
Report queue
A filter for reports that are ready to send, separate from patients who are still in the lab.
Fee on the same row
The charge sits on the token. Diagnostic services in the sample are marked GST exempt, which is how many of these tests are billed.
A message when the report is ready
WhatsApp is the channel patients already use. The row records that the message was sent.
How a build usually starts
01
Name the tests you actually run
Not a catalogue of every investigation. The tests on this week’s board, and what ‘ready’ means for each.
02
Put today’s tokens on the desk
The front desk works one morning on the new list beside the old chat, until the list is the one they trust.
03
Add collection when the queue is calm
Fees and a simple day total come after the report status is reliable. We do not start with a full hospital system.
Questions before a demo
Does this store real patient records?
Not on this page. The names are a sample book for a walkthrough. A system we build for a clinic keeps data in an account the clinic controls.
Is GST charged on the sample tests?
The sample marks diagnostic services as GST exempt. Your own tests may differ. We set the rate from how you invoice today, not from this demo.
Can more than one person use it?
Yes. Front desk, collection, and the person who releases reports can share one book, with a status each of them can update.
Do you replace our existing lab instrument software?
Only if that is the brief. Most clinics first need the queue and the report status. Instrument links are a later decision.
